Our crossbars and platforms are constructed of extruded aluminium. The aluminium in our heavy duty roof racks provides great weight savings, while the extrusion process and design profile provide superior strength!

Let’s not be misled. Roof boxes, roof racks and roof bars create noise; air passing between a narrow cavity at speed is going to add an element of noise.

However, the ATLAS crossbars are aerodynamically shaped and create very little additional cabin noise.

While the ATLAS roof rack system features a discreet wind deflector under the front cross-beam as well as a rubber insert in the front and rear T-slot channels AND up to 20mm fore and aft adjustment for optimal roof positioning.
