Returns and Warranty

All products sold by 4X4 Mods Australia may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or store credit. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Austhorisation) number, and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. No returns will be accepted on opened, installed or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, may result in delayed processing and/or refusal of return. Items that were shipped incorrectly, or have been damaged in transit, must be reviewed by a member of our customer service team. 
 
Any clearance items, or Special order items are not eligible for return unless an agreement is made with 4X4 Mods Australia in writing prior to the purchase.
 

Please make sure that returned orders are shipped well and the product and packaging is not damaged. Any damage may attract a re-boxing cost. Do not attach the return shipping label to the product packaging and this will VOID the return.

We are an authorised distributor for all brands and any manufacturer warranty is passed onto the original purchaser of any product. We will also discuss warranty/returns with the supplier making the whole process as smooth and easy as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to warrant any items that we deem to have been misused, altered, abused or not used for their intended purpose. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the part prior to installation and it’s installed correctly. Once it has been used, we cannot offer a return.

Shipping and Payments

All pricing on the website is inclusive of GST. We believe this is the easiest and fairest way to display product prices.

We know that no-one likes to pay for excessive postage. This is why we have spent considerable time negotiating the best possible rates for our customers. Products are broadly split into three sizings and the shipping price reflects this. Oversized or bulky items are priced based on their destination. PLEASE NOTE: that your shipping price is calculated and clearly stated at checkout before you pay.

We offer options postage insurance during the checkout, postage insurance covers your parcel for any loss or damage during transit once it leaves our warehouse.  It's a little piece of mind for a very small cost. If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit please contact us so we can organise a replacement, credit or repair depending on the circumstances. Prices vary depending on your order value, as follows:

We have a wide range of payment options available to make it as easy as possible for you to finalise your order. Our online checkout system accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Amex) payments. We also now accept PayPal and Direct deposits are also available if preferred. We also accept cash on pick up in store at Ashmore, QLD.

Our new state of the art responsive website is also our stock control system. This means that the stock is instantly updated as sales are made. You can be sure that if its in stock online, we will ship your order immediately. We ensure that all products in stock are posted within 1 working day of receipt of an order. An automated email will be sent to your email confirming shipping and tracking information once the order has shipped. Any orders including a backordered product will ship out in full once all products are in stock. To arrange a split delivery please contact us. To check ETA of backordered products you can log into your account on our website and clicking on your outstanding orders. We will also email you updates as timing is updated. We endevour to ship all orders within 7 days. 

We deliver products Australia wide using StarTrack, Australia Post and Border Express at very competitive rates. We offer the option of postage insurance during checkout. Optional Postage insurance covers your parcel for any loss or damage during transit once it leaves our warehouse.  It's a little piece of mind for a very small cost. If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit please contact us so we can organise a replacement, credit or repair depending on the circumstances. If you do not choose postage insurance your parcel will not be covered during transit and will be up to the discretion of the freight company for replacement. Prices vary depending on your order value.

Due to new costs being introduced by couriers, we do not redeliver if there is a futile delivery attempt at your address. Your package will be held at your local depot available for pickup. Your package can be redelivered but it will be charged at a cost of $15/redelivery. We always recommend that you put your business address as your delivery address to ensure successful delivery. Alternatively you can select ATL (Authority to Leave) in the checkout and your package will be left at your front door. PLEASE NOTE: Any ATL order forfeits insurance and there is no responsibility taken for missing parcels. 

In stock orders are dispatched sameday if ordered before 2:00pm otherwise following business day if after 2:00pm. Use the tracking information supplied by 4x4Mods for accurate ETA's.

StarTrack ships goods Australia wide and we use DHL to ship internationally. At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us via live chat, email or phone to enquire about an international order.

Replacement product including shipping will be provided by 4x4 Mods Australia when products would be damaged during delivery upon receipt and inspection of the items that are deemed faulty or damaged.

Terms and Conditions

Each time you use or cause access to 4X4 Mods Australia, you agree to be bound by these conditions of use, and as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through 4X4 Mods Australia, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these conditions of use. Please see our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these conditions of use by reference.

4X4 Mods Australia and services provided to you on and through 4X4 Mods Australia are on an "as is" basis. You agree that the owners of 4X4 Mods Australia exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue 4X4 Mods Australia and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.

In order to use 4X4 Mods Australia, you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested, and be at least the age of thirteen (13) or older. When registering, you explicitly agree to our Conditions of Use and as may be modified by us from time to time and available here.
