Description

When solid axle conversions and crossover steering are done this is a must have item.
Drag Links come in a 35 od High Tensile Steel Bar and use the male threaded tie rod ends.
Coated in a zinc finish to resist corrosion.
23mm 80 Series tie rod ends are used instead of the smaller hilux items.
Also Supplied 1 x TE997 and 1 X 995 tie rod ends.

NOTE: This is not a crossover steering kit. a crossover double-arm will be needed for fitment of this item.
Superior Engineering now includes ITS Seal Technology on internally threaded adjustable suspension linkages, eliminating the ingress of moisture or liquids that can cause corrosion or rust.
By adding a specially machined seal groove and incorporating a hydraulic seal between the locking nuts, the thread and the link, a perfect pressure-tight seal is created.
This patented process (PN-2015101600) is EXCLUSIVE to Superior Engineering's internally threaded items such as tierods, draglinks, Panhard rods and control arms (upper and lower).

Patent Number: 2015101600

DISCLAIMER: Superior Engineering and other branded steering components are aftermarket replacement parts that are often upgraded for increased strength and durability compared to factory components. While these products meet or exceed OEM specifications, regular maintenance is essential to ensure safety and longevity. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to inspect all steering components, including rod ends, internal and external threads, and hollow bars at every service or at least every six months. Any signs of looseness, damage, or rust must be addressed immediately, as rust formation, particularly in harsh environments such as beach driving or off-roading, can compromise performance and may void the product warranty. Any wear or "play" in ball joints, tie rod ends, or threads requires immediate replacement to maintain safe vehicle operation. Failure to perform regular inspections and necessary replacements may result in component failure, which could lead to serious injury or damage.
